1. Shipping Overview

Big Dog Armory offers shipping on eligible products within the continental United States. Shipping costs are included in the product price unless otherwise stated. We do not charge additional shipping fees at checkout for standard orders.

2. Order Fulfillment

Orders may be fulfilled directly by Big Dog Armory or by approved third-party drop ship partners. Drop-shipped items ship directly from the supplier to the customer. Multiple items within a single order may ship separately.

3. Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Processing times may vary based on product availability and supplier requirements.

4. Transit Time

Standard shipping transit time is approximately 5–7 business days after shipment. Shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

5. Shipping Restrictions

We currently ship only within the continental United States. We do not ship to PO Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or international destinations unless explicitly stated.

6. Tracking Information

Tracking information will be provided once an order has shipped. Tracking availability may vary by carrier and supplier.

7. Delays & Exceptions

Big Dog Armory is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, supply chain disruptions, or other factors outside of our control.

8. Risk of Loss

Risk of loss and title for products pass to the customer upon shipment from the fulfillment facility.
